“Two days before Christmas 2021 one of our largest job site's Wi-Fi kept going down during a crisis. We were unable to get any help from Cox as they had not yet laid fiber down. Our Cox rep gave me Mike Hansen’s name and I quickly called him in distress. Mike was on top of the situation, arriving at the job site the next morning at 7 AM with a puck in hand to correct the problem within 5 minutes. Our team members onsite were amazed at how easy and fast the installation was and how responsive Mike was despite it being Christmas Eve. We were up and running without any problems for the rest of the holiday season.
Since that time, we have partnered with Mike and ISP to utilize pucks and now router replacements at our other sites. When there’s a problem, Mike and his team are there to assist efficiently and timely. In some instances, replacements arrive the same day and Mike and his team are always prepared.
