Tom Shinners
Tom brings over 25 years’ experience in consulting, product marketing, sales enablement, sales leader, technical sales, channel sales, system integrator, ITSP, entrepreneur, manager & business owner.
He mentor’s & train’s sales teams, business units, VARs & new channel partners on best practices, products, how to sell and create solutions. He helps to drive Better Business Outcomes, translating the technical into simple, easy to understand solutions for customers. He is Certified in Customer Centric Selling and Has coached hundreds of sales reps around the world.
He volunteers at church, charities, sings, plays golf, fishes, loves to woodwork, 4 Wheel and travel. He has been a volunteer with Jeep Jamboree USA for over 10 years and was a director for the Knights of Columbus Men’s Choir for the State of Colorado for over 15 years.

Jennifer Masonheimer
As chief financial officer (CFO), Jennifer is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, and corporate finance. She also oversees and manages all human resources activities.
Her career spans more than 20 years of experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy in the telecommunications industry. Her longtime expertise has greatly contributed to attaining multiple awards while supporting her team in achieving higher echelons of industry leadership.
Jennifer assists our ISP team with many valuable aspects that are imperative to the success of our day-to-day operations. She is an indispensable part of our team at ISP.
